SnapExpense is currently offered as a beta product. Features, accuracy, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload is not confidential or sensitive. The service is not intended for storage of personal, tax, or financial records.

3. AI Processing

SnapExpense uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to analyze receipt text. You consent to this processing for the purpose of generating structured expense data.

4. Limitation of Liability

SnapExpense and its developers are not responsible for any loss, error, or data inaccuracy. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and trademarks associated with SnapExpense are owned by the developer. Unauthorized use or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
